We offer a variety of student-housing options close to the academy.

At Vision Lingua we understand that, in addition to guaranteeing the quality of education, assuring comfortable, hospitable accomodations for our students is just as important. That’s why we have selected and arranged different kinds of housing for our students.

Shared flats

This option best suits those who value their independence. Shared flats have single or double bedrooms and share common areas: a living room, bathroom and kitchen. They include blankets and sheets, and the kitchens are fully-equipped with appliances and utensils.

Want to find your own accommodations? We still want to help! In Spain, the best website for renting a room or finding aflat-mate is Here, you can easily find a flat wherever you want. The prices are 8-10% higher than the real value, so do not hesitate to negotiate if you like a flat. Naturally, if you do not like the flat, do not negotiate, since it wastes everyone’s time.

Whether renting a flat for yourself or sharing flat, be sure to ask about heating and other additional expenses. Central heating, for instance, means that you will save on heating expenses.  The owner may also ask you to help pay for common costs like the doorman, cleaning of the building, utilities, and others.

Have questions about the various neighborhoods in Madrid? Ask us!  We will help you navigate the metro and EMT lines to reach the school and to decide which type of flat you want and which region you prefer.
